Building a trusted dental destination

Moldova Dental Journey aims to become a recognised international dental tourism platform connecting patients from North America and Europe with qualified dental professionals and licensed clinics in Moldova.

Last reviewed by the Moldova Dental Journey coordination team. Clinical statements are general information, not medical advice.

Our mission

We provide transparent information, multilingual communication, help with appointment scheduling, treatment-plan coordination, travel logistics and post-treatment communication.

We operate independently from our partner clinics. Clinical diagnosis, treatment decisions, informed consent, prescriptions and medical procedures remain the responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals.

Our long-term ambition is to establish Moldova as a trusted destination for international dental care through transparency, patient safety, reliable coordination and measurable service quality.

Core objectives

  • Build a recognisable international dental tourism brand
  • Partner with licensed, independently verified Moldovan clinics
  • Attract patients from the US, Canada and major European markets
  • Develop a multilingual platform with automated CRM
  • Generate sustainable revenue through transparent coordination services and compliant B2B partnerships
  • Expand into a scalable international patient-coordination network
Business model

Independent coordination, not a clinic

No percentage commissions tied to dental treatment revenue until legal and professional-ethics reviews confirm what is permissible. Commercial relationships and sponsored placements are always disclosed.

A. Clinic subscriptions

Fixed monthly fees for defined services: profile management, digital tools, reporting and compliant marketing support.

B. Patient coordination

Optional, transparently priced non-clinical services: appointments, translation, travel planning, administrative support.

C. Technology services

CRM integration, analytics, workflow management and multilingual communication tools for partner clinics.

D. Future services

B2B technology licensing and partnerships with authorised travel-service providers.
